Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support deal origination and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
