Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Strategic Growth to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the new business playbook across Partner Firms
• Track and report on portfolio-wide business development performance against KPIs
• Design and manage CPA training programs to improve business development skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, sales strategy, business development, or a high-growth company
• Proven ability to drive results through influence and project management
• Experience in building and maintaining KPI dashboards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
