Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate who will support the Corporate Development team in identifying and engaging prospective targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
• Execute outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage CRM records
• Coordinate meetings and support early deal conversations, including gathering preliminary business information

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
