Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies for strategic priorities and investment opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
• Coordinate meetings and manage the pipeline for prospective targets, ensuring accurate records in CRM

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
