Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a curated list of target companies for strategic priorities and investment opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in a CRM
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and opportunities in the pipeline

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
