Job Summary
Business Development Associate is a full-time exempt position responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support the corporate development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage tracking in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
