Job Summary
Business Development Associate is a full-time exempt position focused on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management within a corporate development team, requiring proactive engagement with prospective targets and supporting early deal conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
