Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time position responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective targets, and managing the early stages of transactions within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation and market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage communication with potential business targets
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages in CRM
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
