Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time position responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective targets, and managing the early stages of transactions within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct lead generation and market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage communication with potential business targets
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages in CRM
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
