Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time exempt position, is responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support deal origination and early-stage conversations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
