Business Development Associate

Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on supporting business growth through market research, data analysis, and the development of automated systems to streamline workflows in business development and payor strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and build automated systems for practice acquisition insights
• Support business development efforts through lead generation and CRM management
• Assist with provider and payor contracting workflows and maintain documentation systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or business operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large datasets (Excel & IA required; SQL & Coding is a plus)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Interest in healthcare, particularly Medicare and value-based care
