Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time role, is responsible for lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations to support business development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation and market research to identify potential acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
- Coordinate meetings and maintain pipeline management to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
