Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time position responsible for identifying and engaging prospective targets, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting early deal conversations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
