Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking deal stages and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
