Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time exempt position, is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective targets, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting early-stage deal conversations within a fast-paced corporate development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation and market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
- Coordinate meetings and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities for senior team members
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
