Job Summary

Business Development Associate is a full-time exempt position responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management within the Corporate Development team, focusing on identifying and advancing prospective targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement tracking in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain pipeline records, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
