Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time role responsible for lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations within a corporate development team, aimed at building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential targets
- Manage the top-of-funnel pipeline and coordinate early-stage deal conversations
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive topics
