Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time role responsible for lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations, while managing a pipeline of opportunities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify acquisition, investment, or partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business targets
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline for prospective deals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
