Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time position responsible for identifying and engaging prospective targets, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting early deal conversations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation and market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-up sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings, maintain pipeline records, and support due diligence efforts
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent industry experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
