Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support the corporate development team in identifying and advancing prospective business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies for acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
