Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support corporate development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
  • Coordinate meetings, manage the pipeline, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
