Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time role responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support corporate development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings, track deal stages, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
