Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations within a corporate development team, aimed at driving strategic transactions and building a robust pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies for strategic opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline for qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
