Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time exempt position responsible for identifying and advancing prospective targets, engaging in outreach, and managing the pipeline for strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking in CRM systems
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may be considered
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
