Job Summary
Business Development Associate, a full-time role focused on lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations to support corporate development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement tracking in CRM
- Coordinate meetings, manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, and support early-stage deal conversations
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
