Job Summary

Business Development Associate, a full-time exempt position responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and managing the early stages of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain pipeline records, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive topics
