Job Summary
Business Development Associate, responsible for generating leads and managing outreach in a full-time exempt role, focusing on identifying and advancing prospective business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
- Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline for senior team members
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
