Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate early deal conversations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and business owners
  • Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls and maintain accurate records in CRM
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to own the outreach process independently
