Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to identify and advance prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and manage outreach sequences in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
