Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies for strategic outreach and investment opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate pipeline records, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently on outreach processes
