Job Summary

To support K-12 sales initiatives, the remote full-time Business Development Associate will qualify leads, assist in sales activities, and collaborate with sales representatives to advance high-potential opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Own lead qualification for inbound and outbound prospects, converting them into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track qualification metrics to support forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or sales operations
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools for pipeline management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and standard digital communication tools
