Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating meetings to support deal origination and early-stage transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies through market mapping and sector research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality on sensitive topics
