Job Summary

Supporting business development initiatives, the full-time Business Development & Marketing Associate will manage administrative tasks, client support, and Salesforce CRM management while assisting with marketing efforts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings and preparing proposals
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with client outreach initiatives
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and coordination of events, including logistics and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or client service experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, or LinkedIn campaigns
