Job Summary
Supporting business development initiatives, the full-time Business Development & Marketing Associate will manage administrative tasks, client support, and Salesforce CRM management while assisting with marketing efforts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings and preparing proposals
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with client outreach initiatives
- Assist with marketing campaigns and coordination of events, including logistics and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or client service experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, or LinkedIn campaigns
