Focusing on lead generation and client engagement, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will qualify leads, book meetings for Field Sales Reps, and develop outbound pipelines while collaborating with marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and qualify leads into opportunities
- Develop outbound pipeline through lead generation using various tools
- Maintain accurate database records and collaborate on ad hoc projects with marketing and channel teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
- Proven track record of effective sales development performance
- Experience crafting creative and effective outbound sales messaging
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
