Job Summary

Focused on generating sales opportunities, the remote Business Development Associate will qualify leads, book meetings for Field Sales Reps, and develop outbound pipelines while benefiting from ongoing training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities
  • Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and qualify leads into opportunities
  • Develop outbound pipeline through lead generation using various tools
  • Maintain accurate database records and collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on projects
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven track record of effective sales development performance
  • Experience in crafting effective outbound sales messaging
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills to identify new prospects
