Key responsibilities
- Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and qualify leads into opportunities
- Develop outbound pipeline through various lead generation tools and maintain accurate database records
- Research prospective organizations and identify decision-makers within target accounts
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
- Proven track record of effective sales development performance
- Experience crafting creative and effective outbound sales messaging
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- Strong problem-solving and research skills to identify new prospects
