Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, responsible for generating leads, executing outreach campaigns, and managing the pipeline for prospective targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring effective engagement with potential clients
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking deal stages and providing weekly pipeline updates to the team
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
