Job Summary
The full-time Business Development Associate will support the Corporate Development team by managing lead generation, executing outreach campaigns, and coordinating meetings while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
