Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies through market research and prospecting
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track responses in the CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
