Job Summary
Seeking a driven Business Development Associate to join the Corporate Development team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for lead generation, outreach, and managing the early stages of transactions to support strategic growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies while conducting market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage follow-up sequences in the CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and meetings, maintaining accurate pipeline records and supporting early deal conversations
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for crafting outreach materials
