Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, who will manage lead generation, engage with prospective targets, and coordinate early deal conversations while collaborating closely with senior team members to build a robust pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders, executives, and business owners
- Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
