Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets for strategic transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage with founders and executives, managing communication through CRM systems
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
