Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets for strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage with founders and executives, managing communication through CRM systems
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
