Job Summary
To support a growing business development initiative, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will identify and develop new partnership opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on outreach strategies, and manage initial stages of the sales pipeline through cold outreach and lead nurturing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize outreach campaigns and prioritize leads
- Engage potential partners to educate them on the value of Affirm and manage the sales pipeline
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role prospecting cold leads
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role
- Strong passion for E-commerce and a desire to pursue a career in sales
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple non-sales teams
