Job Summary
The full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management, working in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO, while supporting the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets for strategic transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
