Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this role will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
  • Coordinate introductory calls and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline for senior team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
