Job Summary

Focused on driving growth, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early deal conversations while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage CRM records to track engagement and pipeline status
  • Participate in introductory calls, gather business information, and support cross-functional teams during active deal processes
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
