Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to join the Corporate Development team, this role will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies for strategic outreach and engagement
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-up sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
