Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and managing outreach efforts to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and investment thesis
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage communication sequences in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
