Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and managing outreach efforts to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and investment thesis
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage communication sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
