Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this role will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support deal origination efforts within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a targeted list of companies for potential acquisition, investment, or partnership opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage business leaders and manage follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage the outreach process independently
