Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Business Development Associate for a full-time hybrid role, responsible for identifying and engaging prospective targets, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting early deal conversations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies through market mapping and sector research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for professional outreach
