Job Summary

Focused on driving growth and innovation, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and manage outreach sequences in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the senior team
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
